  • Im thinking of using these ones as fat burners, they are made from Green tea, Rhodiola and Spinach, someone have used them as the same purpose before? Or someone that can give me a thumbs up/down?

I've been drinking a lot of homebrew green tea if I have a fatty meal, it's like some kind of Asian rule coz it cuts grease and some studies find it lowers cholesterol. Rhodiola is a mood enhancer so might provide you with stress releif and keep you from turning to eating when a trigger pops up....
