How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

Hands down, food is the most important part of losing weight. Exercise definitely helps in terms of burning calories and also our mental health, but what we eat plays the biggest role in our effort to lose weight.

You know what else is important? SLEEP. The amount of sleep, the consistency of sleep, the quality of sleep....all of it is key in our weight loss journey.

Tips for sleeping better at night:

- No screen time at least an hour before bedtime.
- Avoid caffeine late in the day.
- Try to go to sleep and wake up at consistent times each day.
- Optimize your bedroom environment - temp, noise, light, etc.
- If desired, turn on background noise - ocean sounds, rain, etc.
- When the alarm goes off in the morning, wake up. No snooze!
