How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

Feeling discouraged today. I did my weekly weigh in, and a bit late at that, and I gained weight. I had cut my daily caloric goal (still a healthy amount, just a couple hundred lower than I was shooting for) and stuck to my plan all week, and expecting to see my weight go down, it went up instead. I’m not sure I’ll beat this bet

I’ll be weighing myself again in 2 days (I weigh in every Wednesday for my personal week-by-week progress from my start date of my journey, and on Friday’s for the DietBet-I was late for last weeks) so maybe it’ll look better then.
