How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

  • First off – WELCOME! We are so happy that YOU have chosen to be a part of our game. If you haven't weighed in yet, you'll want to do that asap!

    Secondly, I want to remind you of this week’s challenges.

    *For the weekly $10 e-gift card drawing (to either Amazon or Target): You’ll want to do (1) post here and tell us what your goals are this month! On 7/24 I will review all the entries and choose a winner for the gift card.

    *Bonus challenge for the air-fryer at the end of the game: To be entered into this bonus drawing, you'll just need to do a weekly "check-in" here on the team page (this means a SEPARATE post from the WEEK 1 weekly challenge). What I mean is, just post here to the page letting us know how you're doing once a week (for 4 weeks total, so you'll do 4 total "check-in" posts), and that's it! You can share anything you feel like sharing, your high's or low's with this process, something that motivates you, a diet hack you've discovered, etc. As long as you do 4 total check-in's (again, one every week) that will automatically get you entered into the air-fryer drawing. I'll be keeping track of all the entries during the 4 weeks to make sure I don't miss anyone.

    So, if you want to be entered into the weekly challenge AND the end of the game bonus challenge, you’ll need to do TWO posts to the team page this week (1 post telling us what your goals are, and one post checking in). Please let me know if you have questions! I really wanted to make these challenges more simple, easy to understand, and still engaging.
