  • Water is such an important component of good health and aid in weight loss. But, a lot of people just don't like drinking it plain. If you fall into that category what do you do to increase your water intake? Do you have any tricks and tips for increasing your enjoyment of water?

    A few ideas might include:
    -Adding lemon
    -Infusing with fruits
    -adding mint leaves
