How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

What you'll need

  • A scale (preferably digital)
  • A digital camera or smartphone
  • A full-length mirror or someone to take your photo

  • A shout out to getting plenty of sleep to help with weight loss!

"A sleep-deprived body will produce more of the stress hormone cortisol. Cortisol triggers the reward center in your brain and makes you crave food. You produce the most growth hormone while you're sleeping, which helps burn fat as well as repair and build muscles so you can increase strength and lose weight."https://www.topfitnessmag.com/lifestyle/sleep-important-weight-loss/

I struggle with this so much. For me this is the biggest part of my weight loss plan. Is sleep an issue for you?

I totally agree. With two sick babies and a sick husband last week I was on the struggle bus on the scale. Over the past two days I caught up on sleep and saw the scale move again! Thank goodness everyone is feeling better.
