How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

Does anyone have any good protein-filled snacks or snack recipes?. I tend to be in my best shape when I’m eating 3 small meals and 3 healthy snacks but I’m blanking on things other than peanut butter/celery, protein bars and pepperoni/cheese.

It will usually tell you if you can use the same weigh in pics. Are the official weigh ins within 48hours of each other? When you go to do the official weigh in for the second game, if you’re able to use the same weigh in pics, it will prompt you. Hope that helps a little.

Hey y'all! I started losing weight in September and I was killing it! I beat all my DietBets, watched the pounds drop off, and bought cute clothes in a size I could never wear before. Then around March, I fell off the wagon... hard. I haven't made a health conscious decision in months and I'm not only seeing it in the mirror and my clothes, but I feel it. It's time to get back on track and find my motivation again so I can finally see what I look and feel like thin! This is the time!
