  • Weighed in and was 1lb over my initial weight (sucks) but I figured that much with my lack of motivation. 7.2 lbs needed to lose in 13 days. We will see.
    Plan of attack - Tonight I plan to go back to kickboxing which has always been my passion so hoping that inspires me to stay focused this time. Just finished grocery shopping & bought some healthy food for my week. (Greek salads, Turkey chili, and smoothies) also found out my apartments have a sauna so I'm sweating it out as much as possible until the final weigh in. I happend to find my Polar watch replaced my batteries so bring on the actual numbers of food intake from my fitness pal and my calorie burn! Its on!!!! Happy Monday everyone!
