This round has been a tough one. The weight hasn't been coming off like in previous rounds. I felt discouraged. I chose to eat a bunch of things at my daughters birthday Sunday that I dont eat anymore. I knew I would feel like crap but thought no big deal. I will bounce back. Here I am Tuesday still bloated AF, up 6lbs, no energy and just feeling terrible. I know I just need to get my water in and get my steps in but geez....I dont think I will be doing this again. It's just not worth it!

The fact that bad food leaves me feeling sick has really helped me be consistent. That being said, I drank wine every night last week, and still have s pound to lose!
