For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

I believe I have failed this Diet bet and I've accepted it. If I weigh in and lost 2lbs I will be proud of myself still. I have made some small changes with food, and I have incorporated more excersices and for that I am proud. I saw Lexi is doing another diet bet, and I plan to get in that one as well & really focus.. I signed up for therapy to talk about my lack of motivation, emotional eating to get to the true root of it all. Or at least try. Being strong physically is great but I want to be strong emotionally and spiritually too.. I'm hoping it will help in the next round! Hope to see you all there! This group was incredibly inspiring and I hope you all reach your goal, and if you fall short I hope you dont beat yourself up about it and try try again! Much love <3

Just keep trying your best, you might be surprised! And you should be proud of yourself, you are making progress!
I lost a lot of dietbets before I finally started winning, I just had to find the right combination of motivation, exercise and healthy eating. Being in a supportive environment like this really helped me to keep trying and be proud of what I had already done!
