How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

What you'll need

  • A scale (preferably digital)
  • A digital camera or smartphone
  • A full-length mirror or someone to take your photo

Ok I need some advice. I finally bought a gym membership for a month. I absolutely have to start exercising again. The issue here is i have an almost 15 month old. After I had him I was diagnosed with post partum anxiety (still an issue so I guess just generalized anxiety now). Don't get me wrong the gym has always been intimidating for me, but now it is overwhelming. Like I walked in & there were about 4 very fit guys working out & felt like I couldn't breath. I immediately left without doing a single thing. I fully prepared to go this morning before work & simply couldn't get past the anxious thoughts I had.

I’m the same honestly it’s so off putting. I’m also post partum - I just started with committing to 20 mins on the treadmill (walking LOL) to ease me back into the atmosphere. I also put my headphones in so you don’t here the grunting

What helped me was getting a personal trainer. I had one for 3 months until I was comfortable enough to do myself
