How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

What you'll need

  • A scale (preferably digital)
  • A digital camera or smartphone
  • A full-length mirror or someone to take your photo

  • Does anyone in here have PCOS or take Metformin?!? Everytime I up my metformin (for my insulin resistance) I get so sick..like can't leave the bathroom sick (sorry if that's tmi). I was wondering if y'all know of foods that help calm the GI tract and if metformin ever got easier for you to tolerate?! I started at 500mg extended release but need to get all the way up to 2,000mg a day..I recently upped my dose to 1,000mg and it's been rough.

I have PCOS and Metformin made me extremely sick. My doctor let's me use birth control instead.

I recommend reading the Obesity Code or the Diabetes Code. A lot of people have reversed their T2 diabetes off all meds and I believe have helped their PCOS too.
