How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

What you'll need

  • A scale (preferably digital)
  • A digital camera or smartphone
  • A full-length mirror or someone to take your photo

  • Does it help you to switch things up or do you prefer to keep your routine the same? We're all different. If consistency in your workouts and diet keeps you on target then that's the way to do it for sure. But if you find you're having a hard time staying motivated, then it may be your body telling you that you need to try something different, whether that's a new workout, a new setting to exercise in, or just something different to add to your meal plan.
So how do you switch things up and keep yourself going and motivated if you ever feel yourself stuck or having a hard time staying focused on your goals?

I love switching up my workouts! I’m lucky we have so many different types of gyms and classes and types of workout opportunities at work so its easy to do. I took a Y7 class at work yesterday and it kicked my butt!

I'm busy switching things up with my 23 month old grandson. I've been running after him and taking him for walks while my daughter recovers from her C-section and cares for my newest grandson.
