How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

  • Does it help you to switch things up or do you prefer to keep your routine the same? We're all different. If consistency in your workouts and diet keeps you on target then that's the way to do it for sure. But if you find you're having a hard time staying motivated, then it may be your body telling you that you need to try something different, whether that's a new workout, a new setting to exercise in, or just something different to add to your meal plan.
    So how do you switch things up and keep yourself going and motivated if you ever feel yourself stuck or having a hard time staying focused on your goals?

We rearranged our house putting the treadmill in it’s own room with a TV 2 weeks ago it has really made it so much more convenient and watching a movie gets my mind off of exercise

It will be close. I have not been this low in 5 years. I have 3 more lbs to go but big concert this weekend and I will be drinking.... and not water.

  • The last three challenges have been great. I needed to get back to eating and exercising and doing it for a challenge instead of just doing it because you know you need to really seems to mentally work better for me. This scale showed it works today so thanks for the great challenges!

  • Did 61 minutes on the Elliptical today! Whew! I usually do 30 but I really wanna meet my goal and I’ll be on my period next week so I have to surpass my goal!

oh guys! 900g to go. i hope my body will make it. goes up and down. How are you there? reaching for the goal?
i am drinking more than 2L water per day and eating more green,salad and beans. this week somehow managed to be active for more than 60 min daily. feel a bit more energized

  • Cool! I was actually planning to workout 5 days this week before I saw the big challenge! Plus I eat tons of fruits and veggies everyday and drink lots of water! Excited to meet this challenge!

  • We are getting pretty close to the end of this game! You guys have been working so hard and so much progress has been made! Keep going after it everyone! Remember it's never too late or too early to start. Just don't give up on yourself, you can do this!
