I still have 4 pounds to go this round, and I’m a little disappointed. Going to need to work extra hard and have extra will-power, which is hard for me.

@brenda Find your TDEE and then stick to a 500 cal deficit, you’ll lose a pound a week :ok_hand:

I count calories. It works for me b/c I’m not restricting anything, although I stay away from processed and fried foods and added sugar. However, I had several work events, and there was a lot of alcohol so I had a bad couple of weeks. Now I have 3 pounds left til weigh in.
