How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

Lots of water! I am also drinking 4 oz of Knudsen’s just cranberry juice mixed with 28 oz of water the snippet in a magazine said that it is supposed to flush toxins from your body. My kids laugh at that but it helped me get back on track when I was stalling out a week or so before a weigh in on a different game. Good luck
