  • I want to encourage you to think about how much water you're getting daily. Being well hydrated is so beneficial for weight loss and good health!

    Ditch the sodas and juice and replace them with water to help you lose weight. If you think water tastes boring, add a slice of lemon.

    Here's another great reason to drink plenty of water:
    Drinking enough water is essential for burning off fat from food and drink, as well as stored fat!

    Many of you have already set a personal daily water goal for yourselves, how many ounces a day are you aiming for? How do you track your intake?
