Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

  • How’s the Final Challenge going for you so far?
    Are there any aspects of the challenge that are easier for you than others? How do you overcome the obstacles that try to hold you back? Do you have procedures or habits implemented into your daily life that help you keep going in the long run?
    One of my favorite aspects of these games is the sharing and collaborating of ideas. We all gain so much from each other.

Water is the easiest for me as well. Figuring out how to squeeze in working out has been the hardest, but I've started to get into a routine this week... Now to keep it going!
