  • Hi!

    I’m Sara and I am from Columbus Ohio. This is my second dietbet and the first one was the perfect spark to get me on track to get rid of this extra weight I’ve put on since transitioning out of school into my full time job.

    I’m a metalsmith as my day job, so I spend a lot of time holding still while soldering teeeeeny things 💍. That lack of movement has taken a tole on my health. My studio is in my home, and so it also led to a snacking problem when I’m procrastinating.

    I have a super careful and healthy (pescatarian, no fast food, no sodas, no alcohol, no palm oils) lifestyle, but those extra calories add up even when they’re “good” foods!!

    My approach to weight loss is to log all my food and calories. I use a scale and do it by mass because it’s as accurate as possible. My Fitbit calculates calories burned per day and gives me a number to meet.

    I have a goal dress I want to fit into!! It has pandas all over it. I think I need to be about 150-155 lbs.
