  • Happy Friday Strong Squad!! I’m so so ready for this long weekend! I’m still 4lbs away from my goal but I’m ready to stay strong this weekend and I hope you will too! I know we got this! I have the next Weekend Workout Challenge ready for you! Please pick 10 exercises off the list that you would like to complete and finish at least 1-2 rounds on either Saturday or Sunday. Bonus if you finish all of the exercises :) ! If you aren’t sure what an exercise is then please feel free to Google it or modify as needed. You can post a screen shot of your fitness tracker, a sweaty selfie, or a simple “I completed the challenge” to be eligible to win. After a year of chronic migraine, I am trying to get back into exercising. My goal yesterday was to log over 4,000 steps. I did it! But woke up with another damn migraine. I think I’ll change my exercise plan. Going to log my natural steps today, then aim for 200 more each day and make sure I can tolerate it. My 4,000 goal was quite a jump, more than double from the day before. My neurologist wants me walking.
