This was a rough month for me, I think I hit a plateau. For the first couple of weeks, I kept losing and gaining 3 lbs. It was pretty frustrating. I still have 40 or so lbs to loose. I decided to eat low carb and it's helped me to get pass this plateau. I wanted to share because weight plateaus happen in weight loss. I read in a fitness article to make a change in your eating or exercising routine to get through a plateau. A couple of years ago, I got through a plateau by going from jogging to just walking.
