How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

Ok, group! It’s weigh out time! Unfortunately, I won’t be winning this round. I made the scale budge a couple pounds and then it stayed pretty still since then. Hoping you guys had more luck! Thanks for joining!

I am with the both of you. No winning here. I kept going back and forth by 3 or so lbs. But I know I have gained muscle and strength and I feel good. I am not giving up. I will be 154 again! This plateu will be hurddled! Thanks for letting me join!

My trainer thinks I hit a plateau. Soo today starts my not so hard workouts so I can trick y muscles and metabolism. I am tired of being stuck in this range. it is amazing to see however the total weight loss of our group and for some of you, you are almost to your goal for this game!! Awesome job!!! Keep up the hard work!

Yes, Lisa! I think I hit a plateau as well. I keep gaining and losing the same couple pounds. Not sure I’ll win this diet bet. Sticking with it though and kicking in up a notch!


So two days of not so heavy training and better eating and down !! Yes Today is more not so heavy training and then tomorrow I start to get back in slow. I am hoping my body will be tricked!!!

Half way there ladies and gents! Happy start of week three. Focus on your goal and if you fell off the wagon a little bit in your week 2 slump, get right back on starting today. You have two weeks to turn your habits around!

Not a good week weight wise however since I am strength training I woudl imagine I am gaining muscle. I feel stuck in this spot! As I get older I know it is harder to get off the weight, just means I need to get up and try harder! Good luck this week everyone.

Hope everyone is amped up and ready to crush week two! Day one of week two did not go so well for me! I’ll admit it. Murphy’s Law hit at work today and we are being audited by the state, so the bosses bought lunch. I didn’t make the worst choices, but they could have been better and more calculated.

Let’s participate more this week! Please give me one reason you want to lose weight. This is a safe space and no one will judge your reason. I don’t care if it’s vain or deep: it’s YOUR reason!

I want to lose weight to feel better about myself. Losing weight is a goal that gets me going to the gym, which I actually love, but lack the motivation to do on my own. I want to get back to a more motivated me. Week one was hard because I wasn't at home, I was petsitting, and had to be on someone else's schedule. Week two had started out okay, I struggled yesterday, barely drank water. But I'm ready to kick it up!


Motivation is tough. I had to have a friend tell me to get up and running this morning! I so did not want to go. But I did and I feel better for it. Have a suggestion... I use it with my Pampered Chef team... Well and I use it too.. So get some sticky notes and post positive affirmations to it! Something like I am a Rockstar at the gym! Does that make sense? If you start thinking it you will start believing it and it will keep you going. Good Luck! I am cheering for you to have an amazing week!

Get ready for the final weigh in! Once the game ends tonight at midnight PST, you have until 11:59PM PST on Sep 3 to submit your final weight. If you're a winner, you'll be asked to submit photos and will get a new weigh-in word when you visit the weigh-in screens.

Submit early to make sure your photos are accepted, and remember - don't eat that cupcake until you get an email that your photos are approved! (If you don't get one, check your spam folder.) You must have an approved weigh-in in order to be declared a winner.

The game will finalize 24-36 hours after all weigh-ins have been submitted. Good luck!
