Does anybody here use Stepbet? I told myself that I’d give myself the first 2 months to get my food under control but then round 3 I had to start some sort of exercise program, even if it’s just walking. Since Dietbet got me going regarding food, I am considering Stepbet for walking. But I’m a little turned off by the idea that missing your goal one week knocks you out completely.

I have been doing StepBets for 3 years now. They are so motivating and help me push myself. The trick is to make sure you don’t use your ”free” day during the week, and instead save it for the weekend, and you’ll set yourself up for success.
