How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

What you'll need

  • A scale (preferably digital)
  • A digital camera or smartphone
  • A full-length mirror or someone to take your photo

I've entered what people say is the most dangerous stage of my Achilles recovery -- the stage wheee the intense pain has decreased and my range of motion has increased, so I might be tempted to do more than I should. The key is going to be to keep the brace on so I remember I'm not ready to do anything fun yet. I have to remind myself I'm in real danger of a complete rupture if I don't take it easy for the next few months.
.
In good news, Pilates doesn't aggravate things at all. The classes are too short, and I still need a cardio outlet, but it's something.

I’m in the same place with my hamstring partial rupture (tore it sinking into the splits a few weeks ago :grimacing:). It’s so hard to take it easy now that it feels a bit better! Good luck in your recovery!
