Why do I always celebrate/reward with FOOD? Made my round 5 goal then splurged for 2 days and am up a pound. Need to get sugar out of my life again. Holidays opened the door to it and it’s been really tough weaning myself of it.

I did great during the holidays by avoiding most of the goodies but since this last weigh out I’ve been non stop binging on all the left over candy and cookies. I think I’m up nearly 2lbs! I have to get back on the healthy train and soon!

I did, too. It's fine as long as it's just for a few days, I think.

After this bet, I'm considering taking a weekend off logging every time I hit 120lbs (the lowest I'm comfortable with). I like to be between 120-122, and this way I can splurge sometimes. I'll just keep my logging calories 50-100 below maintenance the rest of the month.
