How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

  • Hello Beautiful people! Today is the last day of the game which means your final weigh-in can be submitted on Monday and Tuesday. Here are some helpful tips to ensure that your weigh-in is approved.

    1) Be sure that your full body shot is head to toe.

    2) Your face must be clearly visible so make sure your phone is not blocking it.

    3) No accessories, hats, or shoes

    4) Your weigh-in word must be written on a piece of paper and included in the scale photo.

    5) Weekly accountability weigh-ins do not count towards your final weigh-in. In order to qualify for winnings, you must submit an official weigh-in during the final weigh-in period.

    6) You’ll receive an email notification once your weigh-in is received and a second email letting you know that it has been approved. Please be sure to view this email just in case there are any issues that require you to resubmit.

    7) Be sure to submit your weigh-in before 11:59PM PT on Tuesday, September 17th. We will not accept any late weigh-ins after the 48-hour deadline.

Biggest challenge was to not snack when I saw my daughter's school snacks.

Cheryl, I'm sorry! Don't give up - keep moving forward and focus on what you want. It's not easy, and it takes time, but you can do it!

Janet, snacks are always a challenge for me. My husband eats whatever he wants and there are always tasty snacks in the house.

I agree - clarification is needed. What time does the word of the day change and how often does it change? What is the latest possible time to weigh in?

The game ends on Sunday and the final weigh-in period is on Sept. 16-17 which is on Monday and Tuesday. The word is used as a timestamp and is provided at the time of the submission so you want to submit your photos as soon as you receive your word. If you take your photos and don't submit them right away, the word will be different when you go back later and try to submit them.

When is the latest possible time to submit official weigh in?

Hi Abi! You won't be able to take your photos until the weigh-in window opens on the 16th. When you submit your photos you have to submit them with the weigh-in word that is provided at the time of the submission. The weigh-in word serves as an official timestamp (i.e., to ensure the photo was not taken at a different time). If the word is not included or not correct your weigh-in will not be accepted.

The deadline to submit your weigh-in is at 11:59 pm PT on Tuesday, Sept. 17th.
