How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

I love fasting! I'm vegan, not particularly low-carb, and it's amazing the results and the feeling I get from fasting.

Currently, I do two days a week of 20-hour fasts. I'm going to try to do a 48-hour fast once a month.

Today was a busy day, to many appointment with my son. Didn’t have any me time but I was able to enjoy a healthy lunch with him. I will hit the gym tomorrow morning 💪💪.

I officially weighed myself and submitted pictures which were approved for anotherdiet bet challengers doing. Than I updated the same weight here because to my knowledge I can only do one official weigh in per week which I just did. Will I be eligible to win this weeks prizes? Thank you!

I know dietbet is all about weight loss, but I want to bring up something else that’s important- that’s your measurements/body part circumferences.

When I used to train clients, I would measure the circumference of their stomach, arm, leg, chest, neck, etc every week. After a week of dieting/exercise, we would re-check the measurements. I did this because I don’t think weight is always the best indicator of progress. It takes time, but if you want to get a bigger picture of what’s going on with your body, write down some circumference measurements. It’s cool to see after a month or 2 how many inches you’ve lost. It’s easy to get caught up on the scale, but this is another way to visually see your progress with a sheet of numbers. Since you see yourself in the mirror everyday, it’s hard to see or notice when you lose 1/4” on your waist.
