For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

So....I didn't lose weight. I am really struggling now. I have gotten down to about 10 lbs lighter than what I am, but had a bad month or 2 and gained them back. Now I just CANNOT take them off again. Now I am losing dietbets and it's driving me nuts!

Been there, lost bets. I feel you...I joined a program through my job that's very straightforward. 1200 calories or less, 50g carb or less, plus exercising building up to 4 or 5 days per week. Is it easy? No. Do I have to make time for it? Yes. Keep your chin up and find what works best for you. You'll get there!

I'm so sorry for the discouragements Crystal! it can be so frustrating sometimes! I went through quite a few years of feeling how you are now. But just keep going, you'll find what works best for you. If I can, so can you. This is a journey, it's never too late. Try not to be hard on yourself, just take it one moment at a time. I came up a pound short this morning and I am leaving on vacation in a few hours. While I did not make my goal, I am going on vacation about 5 lbs lighter and it was worth the $35 to me. Thank you for helping me accomplish this. Best wishes to all of you.
