For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

I’m about to lose my first diet bet by just one pound and I’m kicking myself for it. I’m determined to stay more focused for this one! Having money involved is definitely a motivating factor for me!

Remember, if you haven't weighed in yet, you can do the toes-and-scale picture naked, then dress for the other photo. And don't pick up the phone to take the photo until the scale number holds steady. You do not need to weigh your phone or your clothing.

Is today your last day to weigh? Or do you have tomorrow morning? If you can do it tomorrow morning, you can still lose water weight - this evening maybe have watermelon or green juice. You can exercise first thing in the morn to sweat out some more. One pound is so close - you may be able to do it. :pray:
