My small change is I started eating chia seeds with my breakfast again so I’m not hungry and snacking all the way up until lunch. :)

Dei, chia seeds are amazing! I love a chia pudding with fruit. I am allergic to oats and whole wheat according to recent tests so chia is a great alternative for me.
