How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

What you'll need

  • A scale (preferably digital)
  • A digital camera or smartphone
  • A full-length mirror or someone to take your photo

I'm going to try intermittent fasting. Anybody have luck with it?

I've had success with it, and it makes me eat less. I eat 12pm to 8pm usually. I thought breakfast would be hard to miss, but honestly, my body got used to it! Cutting off at 8 is harder, haha.

I didnt lose weight faster, but it did make it a lot easier to curb my snacking. It sort of took away the need for as much willpower because I just didn’t eat between 11pm and 3pm. It wasn’t an option. It freed up mental space that was otherwise spent thinking about food.
