How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

What you'll need

  • A scale (preferably digital)
  • A digital camera or smartphone
  • A full-length mirror or someone to take your photo

Day 2 and I already fell off the wagon idk if I should try and stuck to Keto or just watch what I eat. Anybody here not doing Keto?

Keto wouldnt be sustainable long term for me, so I dont even bother with it. I count my calories and macros on MyFitnessPal, and I've lost over 100 pounds before with just that method. That said I dont eat many high carb foods (I nixed most pasta, bread, rice etc as a choice to reach my macro goals, probably not necessary) and on a typical day about 30-40% of my cals are coming from carbs

Dont give up, it's just a matter of finding the way that's manageable in your life (Honestly, it probably isn't keto)

I use MyFitnessPal. I don't restrict any type of food because it's not sustainable or practical for me. I limit my calories but don't starve myself and make an effort to work out at least 20 minutes daily. The weight isn't coming off quick but it comes off and it's more realistic for me to maintain.
