For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

    We are on to my FAVORITE CHALLENGE of the entire game, it’s the recipe swap challenge! If you are near a Trader Joe’s, this is one of my go-tos. I slice up a package of chicken apple sausage and brown in a large pan. add some frozen veggies (I like peppers and onions). Once those are heated through, add a package of the prepared black lentils, a splash of white wine and some herbs. Finish with a bit of goat cheese on top if you like. All the ingredients are easy to keep in hand, and it is quick, filling, and delicious!
