Don't let the weekend be your week end! We worked so hard this week!

I know routine is off but consistency is key! Stay ahead of the game.

What do you do to stay on track for the weekend?

I personally make sure to eat before I leave, bring compliant snacks and take my water bottle everywhere.

When I’ve been feeling snacky, I’ve been grabbing fruit or my built bar. Plus water water water! I recently gave up all soda, diet has always been a weakness and Rockstars. But I now have your preworkout and that’s my go to if I need a little pep :) I’m feeling great
