For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

Definitely increased my water intake. I was already drinking what I thought was a lot, but I’m really meticulous about tracking now and I wasn’t always hitting my goal. I aim for 96oz/day now!

  • 156-150 Side by side. Bloat from the beginning of the month to today. When they say ...well you just lost water weight ....
    Okay, and what.... it makes a difference in your appearance and on the scale .
    Clothes fit better when you aren't bloated .you feel better not being bloated . Who TF like to feel bloated lol.
    Anyways water weight or not be proud of your progress.

I know routine is off but consistency is key! Stay ahead of the game.

What do you do to stay on track for the weekend?

I personally make sure to eat before I leave, bring compliant snacks and take my water bottle everywhere.

When I’ve been feeling snacky, I’ve been grabbing fruit or my built bar. Plus water water water! I recently gave up all soda, diet has always been a weakness and Rockstars. But I now have your preworkout and that’s my go to if I need a little pep :) I’m feeling great
