For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

Wow...I'm back again. So ready to do this. 2 and a half years ago I did my first diet bet and lost 35lbs. Then I stopped doing diet bet, eating healthy out and working out. Then I gained it all back plus a bit more. No more. Ready to put myself first and my health and make no more excuses. Dietbet was so helpful the first time around to keep me accountable and the community kept me going. So excited to do to start this new healthy journey.

Me too! I am going to do a lot more research on keeping it off this time. I also will continue to weigh in regularly and prob even food tracking even reaching my goal. For me, esp in times of stress, I apparently need these routines to keep me in line :)

Yeah think I'm going to have to do the same because when I reach my goal weight I seem to let loose and havent weighed myself or tracked food in forever. And in times of stress, I'm the worst. We got this!!!
