  • "I don't have time to workout."

    We all have the same 24 hours in a day. But the difference is our priorities! If you want to make time for it, you will. Don't lie to yourself. Lots of us waste time watching TV or playing on our phones... you have the time - use it wisely!

    Challenge: view your phone usage (I use an app called AppDetox) and see exactly how much time you are wasting every day/week/month.... And take steps to use your time differently.

Also, I'll add that I enjoy watching a show with my husband after the kids are in bed. BUT now I walk in place or do a guided workout on my Fitbit Versa while we watch (planks, superman, mountain climbers, bicycle kicks, etc.). I kill 2 birds with 1 stone!!
