Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

  • My workout is in memory of those who died on September 11th!

    Day 45 freestyle flow! I use to delete pictures and videos of my belly showing.... Now I don't! I'm proud of how far I've come! I needed that stretch!

Steve to be honest once I got my eating under control the workouts just followed! You have to find your why for doing it. My why is my health! I have arthritis, type 2 diabetes, and a heart problem. I know if I don't do something about it then I won't last long and I'm only 31!

Thanks for answering, Shannon.
My eating has been under control for over a year.
And once in a while, I have a month or so of regular exercise, but then it stops.
"You have to find your WHY for doing it (in order for it to actually get done!)" is an AWESOME quote.
I think I will make it BIG and print it out to read.
Also, I will have to give it some thought...what IS that WHY for me?
