I bought a bunch of nuts in a store that roasts the nuts in the back. YUM.
I told the guy I wanted it in 5 different bags.
He looked at me like WHY would I do that? How weird.
I told him that if he put it all in 1 bag, I would eat WAY too much.
In truth, it really should be in TEN different bags. But I couldn't/was embarrassed to ask for that.

Now, the trick will be to only eat 1/2 a bag of nuts each day.
Hopefully, the positive energy here will help me.

Thanks, Megan. So true...even knowing all the rights things to do...what to eat, how much, when,
and what exercises to do, for how long, and how often, it IS still VERY hard to APPLY that knowledge and translate it into reality!

The big deal this past year, was that for the most part, I maintained my massive weight loss of 80 pounds and didn't regain all the weight...
which is unfortunately all too common.
The goal this year, will be to shed those last 30 pounds or so and get to goal weight. This 6-month transformer and one more after that should do it.
12 months to slowly build new good habits of exercise, and tweak the amount of nuts I eat, so that I'm not taking in so many calories seems DOABLE. Especially with people like you and others supporting and encouraging me :)
