How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

What you'll need

  • A scale (preferably digital)
  • A digital camera or smartphone
  • A full-length mirror or someone to take your photo

I use traveling for work as an excuse to eat unhealthy and skip workouts.

What are some of the ways you stick to your goals while traveling?

Hotels have exercise rooms that are usually empty late at night...and have pools that are usually pretty empty too, if you find the right time of day to swim...either at night or in the morning.
I have had MASSIVE success exercising on vacations...
even more than when I'm home!

And I make sure that the room has a nice fridge and we stock it up. And we get those disposable BBQ grills and go to a park and have a great time.

I love and work in two different states, so while I’m away from home for 3.5 days I stick to shakeology for breakfast (or some shake of choice) and then I get a loaded 12” veggie delight from subway and eat half for lunch and the other half for dinner. The whole thing is only 480 cal and then I keep apples, and baby carrots (and hummus if I can) on hand so I’m always ready to snack if I’m hungry. I also keep my morning and recover shake on hand in case I need something. Lastly, I have plain oatmeal should I be in a bind. In between all the snacking....water water water. 100oz a day
