Diabetes diagnosis woke me up. I keep my nutrition repetitive and very simple. I'm happy with what I eat daily. I still splurge but my cravings are not as intense. I lock the at night kitchen bc have been night eating since childhood. Am enjoying exercise and NSVs more than in the past
