How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scaleโ€™s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

  • I had a fantastic week with this guy, but I let myself enjoy a few too many sweet treats. I was up three pounds when I got home! ๐Ÿ˜ฌ I worked out and drank tons of water yesterday and this morning I hit my goal for two of my kickstarters that end this week. Iโ€™m still learning to find balance between eating healthy and enjoying life.

Megan, I think that in the chicken and the egg question, the answer is:
exercise is the chicken that comes before the egg...then
feeling better/feeling good is the egg that is the result and comes from the exercise.

I jumped rope A LITTLE 1.5 minutes at a time...couldn't be bothered to get out the treadmill. AND I did 3 sets of 8 push-ups ON MY KNEES
I consider this a C- (but better than failing!!)
I WILL get on the treadmill within 24 hours
YES, I will FORCE myself. I'm not going to allow/tolerate inaction anymore!
