How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

What you'll need

  • A scale (preferably digital)
  • A digital camera or smartphone
  • A full-length mirror or someone to take your photo

Last chance to invite friends to join the game! Growing the pot adds to the fun for everyone. The player who gets the most friends to join each day becomes the game's Most Valuable Player, and we'll award an overall MVP once invitations can no longer be sent.

Do you include fruits in your diet? No - why? Yes - which ones, how much, how frequently?
Comment

Betty K.

Yes. Berries, apples, oranges, grapefruit. 2 servings a day. A serving of berries is 1/2 cup. A serving of grapefruit is 1/2 grapefruit. I get lots of fiber from my fruits.

Always! This time of year it’s mostly berries, nectarines, watermelon and apples. Occasionally I’ll buy some green grapes. :watermelon: :strawberry: :grapes: :peach: :green_apple:

  • Look at that swim yesterday! 2 miles! For some reason my watch lost a 25.... probably during cooldown because I do backstroke and breaststroke and it isn't as reliable at counting those.

Felt good to get back in the pool after several weeks of not making it a priority....

* Weigh yourself once a week, after waking up and after using the restroom. The body naturally fluctuates in weight from one day to the next so a once weekly weight is the most accurate average.
* Track your calories. No matter your dietary lifestyle calories still matter.
* Drink water! The body will hold onto water if you're dehydrated, giving the false impression of weight gain.
* Keep measurements! Where the numbers on the scale may not reflect could be instead happening in your measurements.
