For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

    I am so excited for this game !!! Honestly it’s my smallest one yet, however I have not been this fired up for a game !! If you have been following me on IG you know my life had been turned upside down these past few weeks... this game and you baddies are EXACTLY what I need to stay focused and hold my ass accountable.
    I am so ready to hit all the goals these next 4 weeks, and more ready to watch you guys do the same !!! I want to see all your meals, workouts .. I wanna hear about your goals, your game plans, and more importantly.. all those NON SCALE VICTORIES you’ll be experiencing these next 4 weeks !!!

Almost didn't make it! This was supposed to be an easy weightloss with the fasting I'm doing. Self sabotage is a REAL. Had to spend an hour in my sauna first thing this morning!

I am still in my Sunday IF and a little shaky this morning. I dropped my tea mug and it shattered I have made my goal so will eat soon. I am leaving for Boston and I am thinking about doing IF while there from 7 pm til 5 or 5 pm. I usually come back from a trip with a few pounds but going to try this approach. I wish y’all good luck on your game and any future games

IF helps me a lot. I don’t care for it but definitely helps. I weighed out today for a game and did IF until noon. Just trying to stay on top of it til weigh out tomorrow. Good luvj

Hi, can someone tell me when we send our final weigh-in, I know there’s a 48 hour window, but when does it begin and end?
Sorry to be an idiot, 1st dietbet, and I’m in the uk, so I need to factor in the time difference.

I have a problem with low blood sugar. it is cunning and manipulative because that demon is making me keep sugar food in the form of cookies or candy by my bed. If I could only take in a small amount of such item to bring my level up that would be great. last night before dinner I had a very low reading lead to a cookie which eventually led to ten. I couldn't stop. The cookies are not going to be working for me LOL, I bagged up that package and brought them to work this morning. I have replaced that with some chili dried mango which should do the same thing as a cookie and I don't believe I would binge on it. Every day I learn a new lesson.
