How is everyone doing today?! I'm sick :( Head hurts, sinus and chest congestion and a sore throat..I had this a couple months ago and it took me out for like 2 weeks. Praying it doesnt get as bad this time! Been doing breathing treatments and taking some meds.

I'm doing really good on my water and had been doing good on my workouts until yesterday. I had some treats and didn't workout. Today I woke up feeling real crummy so I've rested alot. I've still been getting my walking in thanks to my puppy lol I've been slacking on tracking my food tho.. just wanted to update y'all on how I'm doing. I'd love to hear your progress/updates below!!

sorry to hear you’re under the weather! i’ve had a cold for the past few weeks, it hasn’t been too bad but i hate that it’s still lingering around.

i am struggling with eating for sure. i’ve been tracking all my food and i was totally on track from last saturday until thursday and then on friday i was having really bad binge urges. i tried all day to resist the urges by allowing myself to eat what i wanted but just portioning things and i still ended up binging on chocolate before bed. saturday and sunday i had no binges but i ate over my calories both days. why are weekends/days off work so hard? i’m trying to be back on track today but the last three days have definitely been challenging with regards to overeating.
