  • back on track as of yesterday after a challenging weekend food wise. weekends aren’t always my days off but i struggle so much with overeating on any of my days off. but every day is a new day! this is what i had for lunch yesterday and today. 441 calories and 20g of plant protein. i’m also having yummy, protein filled snacks like cottage cheese, crackers and hummus, and my favourite protein granola bar to make sure i’m getting enough. this is my first time making edamame at home and i definitely need to get it into my regular rotation.

That all sounds delicious and healthy!! I understand with the days off.. when I worked outside of the home that was always the hardest part for me when trying to lose weight. Now it's constantly hard working from home.. Easier access to food, less accountability and boredom. I notice the days I'm super busy and have to run errands or take my mom to appointments that I eat less. It's like my mind is focused on all my to do items that I'm not thinking about food. I'm cheering your on and super proud you got refocused on your goals <3
