How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

What you'll need

  • A scale (preferably digital)
  • A digital camera or smartphone
  • A full-length mirror or someone to take your photo

Today's lesson is brought to us courtesy of @cartergood on Instagram.

    Scenario:
We've been doing well all week. Then we eat something that we've deemed "forbidden" when we are trying to lose weight. We beat ourselves up. We worry that this one forbidden food will derail us completely.

Sound familiar? I know I've done it. And I've even given myself permission to just eat whatever because I felt I was already off the rails.

    REMEMBER:
Enjoying one less-than-healthy food doesn't mean your whole plan is down the tubes. What we do MOST of the time matters more than what we do SOME of the time.
