Roadblock for me has honestly been depression.

It’s rough and oddly food helps me feel a tiny bit in control and very slightly better in the moment.

This has led to my weight issue.

So what’s helped me has been lots of small tweaks in my life and environment to feel more in control of my life again.

And lots and lots of prayer.

Thank Jesus, I finally feel FREE again!!

Now to let this extra stress melt off my body like it has my mind.
