How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

Drink a ton of water, don't lift weights (until this is over) be mindful of your body... your brain will tell you that you're hungry. Take a moment to feel if your body is needing fuel. Most times, no. Move a lot! Stay positive! Go to bed earlier. I lost 6.4 lb last week doing the above. Also drank almond milk smoothies (berries, avocado, spinach, a bit of protein power) at 10am, bone broth soup w/veg and chicken or a salad w/oil & vinegar, usually tuna, cod or shrimp at dinner with veg by 6:30pm. I did saute my food in avocado oil. I also did a minimum of 30 min walking or stationary bike daily. Oh, and I did fast 24 hours once. I did have 2 cheats of BAD food but just limited to a very small portions. Don't know if anything I did will help, but don't give up yet.

There is no thoughts that you where doing good the last two weeks!! You did do good the last two weeks!!!
I am right with you! I didnt lose much at all but I have a knew healthy habits and I am thankful for that!!
You have to think of all of the positive changes you’ve made in the last couple of weeks and that’s what you focus on. Plus if you’ve been working out muscle weighs more than fat so that’s another gain in a good way!! So in my book you crushed it!!:kissing_heart::kiss:
