For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

Doubt I will make it this time. I become so distructive when I try and loose weight...
I can’t stick with it... I do so well the first couple DB’s. I have lost 31lbs since last year.
I want to loose more weight , but I just can’t do it ... my mind just totally messes with me.
“Oh I have 3 weeks after this, I can eat this...” and that continues until the week before.

I know what you mean, Britney. I think for me it’s because I have lost (and regained) the same 30 pounds so many times over the past 40 years that I tend to assume I will mess this up, too, and I feel I almost do it intentionally. But I refuse to give in to that. We can BOTH do it. Maybe not in this Dietbet but by seeing any loss as a win and keeping moving forward.

Britney the only other thing that really helps me is to look at a picture of myself. If you’re still stuck, then have someone take a snap of you. I know that I don’t like my pictures yet & that is pure motivation for me to kick it in gear!
