How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

I'm with you. Though I know sodium is partly to blame, the scale was not my friend this morning and I'm right back where I started. Let's not give up even though we probably won't win this round. Let's say NO to that voice of defeat!

Drink a ton of water, don't lift weights (until this is over) be mindful of your body... your brain will tell you that you're hungry. Take a moment to feel if your body is needing fuel. Most times, no. Move a lot! Stay positive! Go to bed earlier. I lost 6.4 lb last week doing the above. Also drank almond milk smoothies (berries, avocado, spinach, a bit of protein power) at 10am, bone broth soup w/veg and chicken or a salad w/oil & vinegar, usually tuna, cod or shrimp at dinner with veg by 6:30pm. I did saute my food in avocado oil. I also did a minimum of 30 min walking or stationary bike daily. Oh, and I did fast 24 hours once. I did have 2 cheats of BAD food but just limited to a very small portions. Don't know if anything I did will help, but don't give up yet.

I have been so up and down the last week! The weekend before last I had already passed my dietbet goal, fluctuated almost 5 lbs the last week and now I’m a little less than a pound from goal. Frustrating because I’m eating cleaner (and more veg), drinking more water, and walking more 😜 I know it will continue to come off, but the deadline is stressing me out!

Me too! I did back to back kickstarters too and I'm soooo pushing it! I'm 2lbs away from goal my lady cycle is here ugh its not looking like I'm going to make it but I'm not giving up!


Try reducing carbs. Carbs make you retain water. Spinach, romaine, broccoli, cauliflower are goid choices. Stay strong yall!

Here I am again with my daily check-in for accountability and daily goal setting!

I met Monday’s goals and are using the exact same ones for Tuesday: 1) Eat only the meals and snacks that I have already prepped for the day and 2) Earn a “power day” in the (first) Stepbet I recently joined.

What are your goals today? I hope somebody has some that are more interesting and enjoyable than mine!

I made my goal!!

I have not had a glass of wine or any refined carbs since the beginning and I think I can handle myself well after this is over.

Doubt I will make it this time. I become so distructive when I try and loose weight...
I can’t stick with it... I do so well the first couple DB’s. I have lost 31lbs since last year.
I want to loose more weight , but I just can’t do it ... my mind just totally messes with me.
“Oh I have 3 weeks after this, I can eat this...” and that continues until the week before.

Britney the only other thing that really helps me is to look at a picture of myself. If you’re still stuck, then have someone take a snap of you. I know that I don’t like my pictures yet & that is pure motivation for me to kick it in gear!
